Installation Guide
You are given the option on purchase on how your words are supplied so that you can mount on your wall. You can be given wire ‘prongs’ so that you simply drill 3mm holes and the wire ends push in to your wall - no other fixings will be needed. This creates a seamless 'floating' effect which leaves beautiful shadows on your wall. Alternatively, you can also receive your wire words/art flat and you can put them up using command hooks. You can have the option to add on these at checkout for a small fee.

Payment, shipping and returns
Our orders are handmade in Norfolk and all UK orders will be shipped free of charge. If you have any other requirements or would like to order something and you’re outside of the UK please do not hesitate to get in touch, Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Note that all prices on our site are listed in GBP.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll discuss the options. We cannot take returns for our items that are customised unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.
